Please note, every halter is different so we recommend measuring your halter before selecting a size.
Measurements:
The small head and nose pieces both measure 21.5cm, and the cheek pieces 13cm
The medium head and nose pieces both measure 27cm, and the cheek pieces 15cm
The large head and nose pieces both measure 35cm, and the cheek pieces 17.5cm

I found the nose & cheek sections too long. Again, the concept is good, but ultimately I don’t use them and wouldn’t re-purchase

Wool Halter Pads Just the Best!

They are also easy to put on the halter, easy to take off and wool wash has them back like new. Wouldn't be without them. I am looking forward to trying other Equinenz products.

The wool is only on the outside of the halter, held together by scratchy velcro on the inside, thats if you can get it to meet it is that short!! The wool does not even touch the horse. They are cosmetic only. Worst purchase of the century From Ashbree - Hi Janette, as mentioned in your last review you are putting them on backwards. The wool side needs to be against the horse please take a look at the picture. The velcro goes around the halter only and sits on the outside.

Useless
By: Janette on 14 February 2015These covers are useless, they have velcro on the inside which is very scratchy on the horse, and the velcro is to short. I thought they would be wool pads that covered and met in the middle, so it had wool all the way around.. All these do is look ok, if you can get it around the headstall with the mingy bit of velcro they give you!! You are wasting your money on this product, it serves no purpose at all. From Ashbree - Hi Janette, Thanks for taking the time to review these halter pads. It sounds like you have them on back to front. The wool end is supposed to sit against the horse, the velcro attaches to the halter and does not come in contact with the horse.

By: Jacky on 12 December 2011I'm sooo excited to see these back in stock. I already have 2 sets and I've been wanting to buy more for my other horses for ages. They are lovely quality and wash really well. One of my horses rubs the skin off his nose without them, the others well I just use them because they are so soft and kind against their skin :-)
