Paddock Boots - not strong enough

These boots fit beautifully and I love the wool lining. I buy alot of Equinenz products but I am very dissappointed with these boots. The outer neoprene is not strong or tough enough to be a paddock boot. Within a week one boot had ripped where the vecro strap is attached and then the next day came off all together.

Excellent fit. They don't slip down and they don't fill with paddock grit and dirt when pony has a roll. Also, quick drying after going through the washing machine. Super happy.

I haven't had them for long but so far these paddock boots are fantastic at protecting my horses legs when she is out in her paddock. They are also nice and warm for cold winter nights.

Wool lined Paddock Boots

My girl has been wearing these for a week now and they are amazing. Her legs don't get hot, they help with the flys and she doesnt mind wearing them at all. They are really lite weight and do exactly what they claim to do, far better product than I could get here in NZ which is why I spent a little bit more and bought Oz (can't buy them in NZ)

Good value for money

I bought these for constant paddock wear but are not up to the task as debri is getting stuck under and causing rubs. Well made and cool. No hot legs, the sheepskin says genuine but feels a bit thin and rough. Will make a nice work boot though .... From Ashbree: Please note these boots are 100% wool not sheepskin. Regular machine washing is recommended to keep them clean and free from debri, they are fast drying too!

These boots are well made and great quality. I have only used once so far since purchase, whilst floating my horse. They fit well and the dirt just brushed off after they were dry. It's too early for me to comment on longer term durability as yet.

Great product. excellent fit, Med for Front, Large for Hind on TB 15.3h. Can even use them for protection as a brushing/work boot. I like the wool lining for absorption & protection , allowing skin to breathe.

Nice Boots

Very happy with the paddock boots. I bought a size medium for the fronts and a large for the hinds. They fit perfectly for my 16.2 Warmblood T/B. Unfortunately he ate one of the front boots on the first day but I will definitely buy another set once I know he won't play with them. He has never worn them before. Very good quality. Velcro is nice and strong.

Love these boots! We've had a fair amount of rain lately and I've been really impressed with how quickly these boots dry. I got to the paddock one day to find them caked in mud but they washed up good as new! I definitely recommend!! My horse rubs quite badly so I've always used sheepskin boots but never again these are the best paddock boots I've found.

Poor quality, NOT long lasting!

Really disappointed with these "paddock" boots. Used these boots on my girl as paddock boots (as the description says) and within two days they had major rips/tears through the outer neoprene. For this money I would expect them to last a lot longer than that, seeming as another brand I bought at the same price have lasted a month already with NO signs of tears/rips. I also don't know if believe that these are 100% wool, or maybe they are a poor quality wool as they are quite hard on the inside and don't have the nice soft texture that pure Australian wool does. On the plus side, they were a good fit and the neoprene has a lot of give so they stretched over my girl's legs nicely. The velcro also seems to be very strong as I've had no issues with the boots coming off or undone. From Ashbree: Hi Sarah, thanks for the feedback. Please send us photos of the boots as we have never heard of this before and your boots may be covered by warranty. Rest assured they are 100% wool. Equinenz wool is of a special micron to ensure the fabric always has bounce. The bounce helps to absorb shock and pressure, plus it allows the circulation of air through the wool, this airflow ensures a constant temperature. It will not feel as soft as merino wool because merino wool is finer and compresses more.

Great paddock boots

I have a few pairs of Equinenz paddock boots and they are great. These ones are perfect for warmer weather as they breath well, my horses legs don't heat up and they wash up really well. Most importantly they provide very good protection. As always the service and delivery time was excellent.
