By: Jillian Felton on 10 August 2017Unfortunately these boots are lacking in quality. I am using them as paddock boots (a use specified in sales add) but after less than 3 weeks use they are wearing and starting to go into holes. Disappointing.

My mare needs a lot of protection in the float as she kicks at the back of the float occasionally although was not a fan of truck style boots as she would kick more it them until they slipped down (even the good ones). Love the idea of wool especially in the hot weather it breathes so well so I am never inclined not to put them on. I pair them with hock and bell boots and we are good to go. Floated in close to 40 degrees and not a bit of sweat or heat in the legs, didn't move a mm... very happy customer.

17 August 2015Great fit and the tab design means they do not slip. Very comfortable with wool lining. Just had some missed stitching on one tab where it did not sew through to the backing which I have returned. My friends are buying them now as well after seeing mine! size L for 14.2hh

Nice boots!

They offer good protection, have enough tabs to ensure they don't come off and have passed my mares approval. The outer fabric is light enough to allow the legs to breath and the inner fleece is nice and soft. All in all they make a great option for leg protection. I prefer a stronger boot for travelling but these boots would offer good protection for legs if used as float boots but I would use bell boots as well to ensure coronet protection.

Great boots and fast delivery
