More infoThe Blocker Tie-Ring is a unique way to tie a horse securely yet safely. A superb tool for youngsters and for re-training horses who pull back and panic when tied.
The Blocker Tie Ring comes with detailed instructions and is easy to assemble and use. It can be fixed anywhere, stable, yard, fence, horse float etc. Ideal for single use or cross tying. Adjustable resistance levels.
The Blocker Tie Ring Mk2 is designed to be a support system rather than a restraint system. It allows a horse to pull some slack in the lead rope when he panics or falls. This releases pressure, and with it, the source of the panic.
The amount of hold can be regulated by varying the tying configuration. The Mk2 features "Mag-Loc" to keep the tongue in place, making the ring more stable when mounted at any height.
The Blocker Tie Ring Mk2 can be used anywhere a horse needs to be tied up - inside and outside a truck or float, with cross ties, picket ties, in the stable, at the wash bay or on long distance rides.
Each pack contains the tie ring, one quick snap, screw eye attachments and 12 page instruction booklet.

Amazing product - Love it!
By: Amanda on 28 May 2023I decided to try this as an alternative to hard tying for a new thoroughbred that I have. It has worked wonders. He has learnt that he can get away from things he doesn't like if he needs to, but that he can't use pulling back as a way to get to what he wants. Huge success!

Amazing product
By: Holly on 20 February 2020The blocker tie ring is an amazing tool for any horse that pulls back when tied up. The release of the rope pressure when they pull back helps them to calm down and not panic.. I can now tie my boy up at the float for shows without any problems at all using the blocker tie ring, and not have to worry about him breaking free. or panicking.

Excellent tool!

My horse is afraid of anything that moves and constantly pulls back out of fear when tied up. Using this, he stops and thinks as soon as the pressure of the rope releases! Brilliant tool. So glad I bought it!

Good product
By: JoJo on 19 October 2016The blocker tie ring is great to use. It's simple and quick. The only bad thing about this was the price. Knowing that the screw ring and snap ring can be bought for less the $5.00 at the hardware (my husband showed me). The rest is a hard pill to swallow for a $50 price tag.
